Are you an experienced Finishing Foreman looking to make your mark on a new build housing project? Join a dynamic team on an exciting new development and play a key role in delivering high-quality homes!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the finishing and snagging process to ensure every home is completed to the highest standard.
- This also includes a large amount of traditional handyman jobs.
- Supporting the site management team in delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinating trades and labour to maintain smooth site operations.
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and various departments to ensure seamless progress.
What We Need From You:
- CSCS Card (essential for on-site work)
- Tools for the job
- At least 2 years of on-site experience (we want someone who can hit the ground running!)
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with a variety of trades on site.
- Must have new builds experience with corresponding references
