At Bury St Edmunds Golf Club, we’re proud of our welcoming atmosphere and the high standards of service we deliver to our members and guests. We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Hospitality Team Member to join our Food & Beverage team.
This role isn’t just about serving drinks or food, it’s about being part of a team that creates memorable experiences, from everyday dining to special events.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving drinks from our well-stocked bar with warmth and efficiency
- Taking food orders and delivering meals with attentive service
- Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a high standard inside and outside
- Supporting the kitchen team with washing up and organisation
- Preparing and setting up for a wide range of member and club events
- Ensuring every interaction is positive, friendly, and professional
What we’re looking for:
- Previous hospitality, bar, or service experience (preferred but not essential)
- A genuine passion for customer service and teamwork
- A positive, reliable, and can-do attitude
- Commitment to food hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Flexibility for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Shifts that are currently available (hours vary dependent on the needs of the business and seasonal times - some flexibility is required):
Monday - Sunday | 9am - 5pm & 11am - 7pm
