We're now looking for an organised, professional and enthusiastic Showroom Administrator to become the welcoming face of our showroom.
The Role
This is much more than a desk job.
You'll be the first person our customers meet, helping create a fantastic first impression while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our busy showroom.
No two days are the same.
You'll be speaking with customers, supporting our sales team, managing administration, coordinating orders and making sure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing a warm, professional welcome
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Booking customer appointments
- Producing quotations and customer paperwork
- Processing sales orders
- Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding deliveries
- Ordering stock and monitoring supplier orders
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Supporting the sales and installation teams
- General showroom administration
- Helping keep the showroom organised and presentable

- Confident speaking with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Able to prioritise workloads

- Someone who genuinely enjoys delivering excellent customer service
- Has excellent attention to detail
Previous administration or customer service experience is preferred, although full training will be provided for the right person.

Pay: £26,700.00-£30,000.00 per year
