Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is split between the East Quay Events Venue and Lobster Shack Restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Time spent in the East Quay will include the following duties:
Greeting guests, serving food and beverages, and setting up/clearing down.
Time spent in the Lobster Shack will include the following duties:
Welcoming and seating guests, serving food and drink, taking orders and clearing tables.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences while developing valuable skills within the hospitality industry.
It can either be full-time or part-time and shift times vary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
