We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Operations Assistant at Eco Installer and Service Ltd. This pivotal role is designed for someone passionate about enhancing operational efficiency and supporting our dynamic team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in driving our operational success. You will support the sales and project delivery teams by managing compliance documentation, customer communications, quotation administration, CRM records, DNO applications, and marketing activities, ensuring projects progress efficiently from enquiry through to completion.

- **Sales Support:**
- Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM records
- Create & maintain MCS and compliance documentation
- **Project Management Support:**
- Assist with raising purchase orders and processing invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee document management, ensuring files are organised and up to date.
- Coordinate resources and facilitate communication between teams.
- **Stock Control:**
- Manage inventory levels to ensure project readiness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock audits and address any discrepancies.
- Plumbing and heating knowledge preferred
- Previous experience in operations or administrative roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
