IMMEDIATE START - INDUSTRIAL PAINTER
SPC Fire Protective Coatings are looking for an experienced painter and decorator with industrial and intumescent coatings experience for upcoming project in Brighton.
The work will involve preparation and coating works to steelwork. Experience with industrial coatings, steelwork painting, fire protective coatings or intumescent paint would be a strong advantage, but full project details and product requirements will be explained before starting.
Project details:
- Location: Brighton
- CIS / self-employed basis preferred
- Further work will be available for the right person
The ideal person will have:
- Painting and decorating or coatings experience
- Experience working on steelwork, metalwork, industrial coatings or similar
- Good preparation standards
- Knowledge of WFT and DFT checks
- Ability to follow product instructions and coating specifications
- Comfortable working from scaffold
- Reliable, tidy and safety-conscious
- Own basic tools and PPE
- CSCS preferred
- Experience with intumescent coatings would be beneficial
