As a Care Assistant, you’ll be more than a helping hand—you’ll be a trusted companion, a source of comfort, and a vital part of someone’s daily life. What You'll Do
- Provide respectful, person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Support with eating and hydration.
- Offer companionship—listening, chatting, and engaging in activities that bring joy.
- Monitor and record changes in health or wellbeing, reporting concerns promptly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care.
What You'll Bring

- Previous care experience or relevant training is welcome but not essential—we provide full training for the right person.

- 21 and over: £12.71 per hour.
- 18-20 years: £10.85 per hour
