Lead Security Operations at a Prestigious Client Site
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Security Manager to lead security operations at Park House. Reporting directly to the Account Director, you will be responsible for delivering a safe, secure, and resilient environment for people, property, and assets while providing an outstanding client experience.

About the Role:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the site security team to deliver exceptional service and protection standards.
- Manage day-to-day security operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve site security strategies, policies, and risk management processes.
- Monitor, investigate, and analyse incidents and trends to strengthen security measures and mitigate future risks.
- Oversee security systems and technology, ensuring optimal performance and effective incident reporting.
- Deliver security training, emergency exercises, and safety initiatives to maintain operational readiness.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, emergency services, and law enforcement agencies.
- Support the Account Director through reporting, budgeting, performance analysis, and strategic security planning.

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience managing security teams within a corporate or security services environment.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, compliance, and industry best practice.
- Demonstrated ability to lead emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity activities.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with a commitment to developing others.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, particularly in fast-paced or changing environments.
- Experience implementing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and operational improvements.
- Proficiency in security technology, monitoring systems, and incident management platforms.
- Relevant security management, risk management, or industry-recognised security qualifications.
- Hold a DS SIA licence
