This is an opportunity for experienced, UK-registered clinicians to move into a structured, assessment-focused role with
consistent hours, hybrid working and excellent earning potential.
Salary, Bonuses & Progression
- £45,000–£49,000 starting salary
- £3,000 bonus upon successful completion of probation
- 5% one-off bonus following successful completion of training
- Up to 10% annual performance bonus
- £2,000 salary increase once trained and approved to carry out face-to-face assessments

The Role
You’ll conduct functional assessments for adults, considering how physical, mental health, neurological and cognitive conditions impact daily living and functional ability.
Your role will include:
- Telephone, video and face-to-face assessments
- Reviewing medical evidence and clinical history
- Applying clinical reasoning and professional judgement
- Assessing the functional impact of complex and fluctuating conditions
- Producing detailed, evidence-based clinical reports
This is a non-therapeutic, decision-support role with no treatment, prescribing or manual handling.

Essential Criteria
Applicants
must meet all of the following requirements:
- Active UK registration as an RGN, RMN, RNLD, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic or Pharmacist
- Minimum 12 months post-registration experience
- Minimum 12 months UK-based adult clinical experience
- Experience working with complex adult health conditions
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication and report-writing skills
- Confident using digital systems and managing clinical documentation
