Redlands is a small 17 bed residential care home, looking for a second cook/chef.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious meals according to the menu
- Ensure that all food preparation meets the highest quality standards
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures in the kitchen
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a care home, restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
