At Learning Hive, we're looking for experienced GCSE Tutors to join our Hackney Tuition Centre. We're recruiting tutors specialising in English, Maths and Science to help students build confidence, strengthen their subject knowledge and achieve their academic goals.
Whether you teach one subject or multiple GCSE subjects, you'll become part of a supportive team delivering high-quality, face-to-face tuition in a welcoming learning environment.
All tutoring takes place at our Hackney Tuition Centre, giving you a consistent teaching environment and the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team.

Current Opportunities:
GCSE Maths Tutor
We're looking for tutors who have:
- Significant experience teaching GCSE Maths
- Strong knowledge of the current GCSE curriculum
- Confidence teaching Foundation and Higher Tier
- The ability to motivate students and build confidence
GCSE English Tutor
We're looking for tutors who have:
- Significant experience teaching GCSE English
- Strong knowledge of GCSE English Language (Literature is advantageous)
- Experience preparing students for GCSE examinations
- The ability to improve students' confidence and written communication
GCSE Science Tutor
We're looking for tutors who have:
- Significant experience teaching GCSE Science
- Confidence teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics
- Experience preparing students for GCSE examinations
- A passion for helping students succeed
What We're Looking For
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience relevant to the subject(s) you teach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Availability to work after school, evenings and weekends
- An Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- The right to work in the UK
