Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated reliable and trustworthy Night Porter to join our team at the Royal George Hotel. The hours would be 21.30-07.30 based on a rollling 4 day on 4 day off programme.
Duties include:-
Reception: Checking in late arrivals and checking out early departures, dealing with guests’ requests, wake up calls, booking taxis, delivering early morning papers.
Security: Conducting regular security checks around the building, checking fire escapes and being alert and acting regarding any anomalies
Cleaning: Undertaking general cleaning of the public areas, lounges, toilets, hoovering, emptying and removing rubbish and waste.
Bar: To serve drinks to late night residents
This is a solo role and we will provide in depth training with our current night porter team
The successful applicant must also have a hospitable friendly personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
