Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Lead generation through diverse channels including social media, job boards, and networking events to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
- Conduct detailed interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM tools for tracking candidate progress and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage social media accounts to promote job openings and enhance employer branding efforts.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar human resources role specialising in talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients at all levels.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS systems is essential.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools for relationship management.
- Knowledge of social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to develop lead generation strategies that attract high-quality candidates.
- Organised with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
