Responsibilities
- Safely operate cleaning equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and scaffolding to reach high windows and glass surfaces
- Clean windows on multi-story buildings using appropriate safety harnesses and climbing gear
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment by following safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and address specific cleaning needs
- Inspect work areas before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met
- Keep detailed records of completed tasks, safety checks, and any issues encountered during work shifts
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Skills
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record for transporting equipment or traveling between sites
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, for clear interactions with team members and clients
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional attitude when engaging with clients on-site
- Ability to work at heights safely using scaffolding, lifts, or harnesses while maintaining focus on safety procedures
- Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive cleaning tasks in various weather conditions
- Good organizational skills to manage time efficiently across multiple job sites
- Basic understanding of safety regulations related to working at heights and handling cleaning chemicals
