The Role
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to start a career in IT, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). You’ll join a technology-focused team supporting real-world automation solutions used by a range of clients, gaining hands-on experience with business applications, automation technologies and troubleshooting.
You’ll play an important role in monitoring automated processes, identifying and resolving issues, and working directly with both clients and our development teams. No previous RPA or AI experience is required — we’re looking for someone who is curious, technically minded, enjoys solving problems and is keen to learn. With the right attitude, this role provides an excellent foundation to develop your technical skills and progress within the rapidly growing world of automation and AI.
Responsibilities:
- To be able to manage and monitor computer-based automation processes for various clients using Robotic Process Automation technology
- To ensure that the service is being delivered seamlessly and efficiently
- To be able to identify automation errors and inform the process developers
- To be able to examine process outputs
- To converse with clients on a timely basis via email and phone if necessary
- Work with process developers to address, fix and resolve any automation process errors
- To be able to understand basics of robotic process flowcharts and sequences for quick troubleshooting
- Reviewing process documentation and maintaining process output reports if required for various clients
Your Skill Set/Requirements:
- Good communication skills including the ability to learn and grasp business processes based on client interactions, documentation and videos.
- Ability to troubleshoot computer based processes
- Good collaboration and personal skills
- Computing skills in Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheets are desirable
- The ability to use a diverse range of business applications
- The ability to interrogate business applications to find efficient ways of business transactions.
- Attention to detail, by spotting anomalies when processes are being executed by the bot
- Highly skilled in File organization and management.
- Participate in a weekend support rota, working approximately 1 in 4 weekends to monitor and support client automation processes, with time off in lieu (TOIL) provided for weekend working.
