Support Worker/ Opportunities Co-Ordinator
Hourly Rate: £12.90 | Salary: £24,148.80– £32,198.40 (depending on contracted hours, contracts available 36 to 48 hours/week, 12 hour shifts)

What You’ll Do:
- Support daily living, health appointments, and medication
- Teaching life skills and promoting independence
- Assist with cooking, cleaning, and healthy daily routines
- Participating in activities like cinema trips, college classes, swimming, theatre trips and more- all whilst enabling our clients to use public transport services.
Shifts:
Shifts on a rota basis, Monday- Sunday. One weekend off in two week rota in 12 hour shifts between the hours of 08:00am- 10:30pm.
Sleep-in duties paid separately at NNW required on rota basis.
