Temporary Fishery Assistant (Full-Time, 6-Month Contract)
We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team on a busy fishery for a temporary full-time position lasting 6 months.
This is a varied, hands-on role that will involve helping with the day-to-day running and maintenance of the fishery while providing excellent customer service to our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting and grounds maintenance
- General repair and maintenance tasks around the fishery
- Assisting with the upkeep and presentation of the site
- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Supporting the team with daily operational duties
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for visitors
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience with grass cutting and general maintenance work
- Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Good customer service skills
- Reliable and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
