We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated NVQ Assessor specializing in Level 3 Healthcare Support to join our vibrant training team. Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging assessments and training sessions aligned with Level 3 Healthcare Support standards, ensuring learners meet all qualification requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback and tailored support to help learners progress confidently through their assessments.
- Plan and organise assessment schedules, maintaining accurate records of learner progress and achievement.
- Conduct site visits and observations in healthcare settings to evaluate practical competence and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain open, clear communication with learners, employers, and colleagues to facilitate a smooth assessment process.
- Keep up-to-date with current healthcare practices, NVQ standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Support learners in preparing for final assessments by guiding them through portfolio development and review processes.
Skills
- Hold the qualifications needed to carry out assessment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assessments efficiently while maintaining meticulous records.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate assessment criteria and provide comprehensive feedback.
- Knowledge of IT systems used for tracking learner progress, recording assessments, and managing documentation.
