The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, dependable and discreet Personal Assistant / House Manager to support our founders across their business, personal and household responsibilities.
This is a varied hybrid role involving remote administrative work and regular attendance at the founders’ base in Chalfont St Peter. You might be coordinating international travel one day and arranging household maintenance, organising product samples or managing personal administration the next.
You will be trusted to use your judgment, anticipate requirements and ensure that important tasks are followed through properly.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage calendars, appointments, reminders and selected correspondence.
● Plan international and domestic travel, including flights, hotels, visas, transport and itineraries.
● Coordinate household operations, including cleaners, contractors, maintenance, deliveries, utilities and vehicle servicing.
● Liaise with internal team members, suppliers, contractors and personal contacts.
● Organise product samples, returns, physical records and digital filing systems.
● Support trade-show preparation and other practical UK operations.
● Maintain clear action lists and follow up on agreed tasks.
● Handle confidential personal, business, legal and financial information with complete discretion.
● Provide calm, practical support during time-sensitive situations and changing plans.
What We’re Looking For
● Proven experience working as a Personal Assistant; EA or combined PA/House Manager experience would also be valuable.
● Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
● Experience managing calendars, correspondence and complex travel arrangements.
● Confidence organising both digital files and physical materials.
● Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
● The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
● Sound judgment, reliability and a proactive approach.
● Discretion when handling confidential information.
Experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur or senior executive would be an advantage. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify or AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude would also be helpful but is not essential.
