Unlike most hospitality roles, we offer a genuine work life balance. We're open Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00am–5:30pm, closed every Sunday and Monday, with only occasional Friday and Saturday evening private events.
As Sous Chef, you'll have the creative freedom to help shape our restaurant while contributing to a variety of unique experiences, currently including:
- Wine Safaris with three-course dining menus
- Pizza & Cocktail Nights
- Fish + Fizz evenings
- Wine Club events and themed seasonal dining experiences
Requirements:
- Ideally 3+ years experience as a Sous Chef or similar
