Front of House & Bar Team Members (Full-Time & Part-Time)

The Role: As part of our Front of House team, you’ll be at the heart of the pub experience—whether you’re pouring drinks behind the bar or looking after guests during table service. We’re looking for candidates who are approachable, punctual, and proactive, who thrive in a lively environment and love making people feel at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Great Service: Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service across both bar and table dining.
- Bar Operations: Serve a wide range of beverages accurately and efficiently (a love or knowledge of craft beer/spirits is a bonus, but not required!).
- Proactive Care: Anticipate guest needs, take initiative, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout busy shifts.
- Maintain Standards: Keep the bar, dining areas, and service stations clean, stocked, and organized.
- Responsible Service: Confidently enforce Challenge 25 and strictly adhere to alcohol licensing laws.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the team and assist leaders with setting up for events and special occasions.
- Till & Stock: Handle cash/card transactions accurately via our POS system and keep glassware, garnishes, and stock topped up.

- Ability to keep cool and organized during fast-paced shifts.
- Experience in hospitality/bars or knowledge of food safety is a plus, but full training will be provided for the right candidates!
Please Note: > We have both full-time and part-time roles available. These positions are subject to a 6-week probation period. During this time, you’ll receive dedicated training, support, and regular catch-ups to help you settle in and ensure you have everything you need to succeed in the role.
Pay: £12.71-£13.30 per hour
