Job Title: Same Day Delivery Driver
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: From £32,500 (Full-time) | Part-time salary negotiable
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, approx. 10 hours per day) | Part-time options available

The Role:
We are looking for reliable, courteous, and proactive individuals to join our team as a Same Day Delivery Driver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete single and multi-drop deliveries across various locations throughout the UK.
- Represent JDL by maintaining a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and customer service.
- Stay proactive and efficient throughout the day to meet delivery targets.
- Ensure the safe and timely transportation of goods, adhering to road safety standards.
- Maintain accurate delivery records.
- Driving 3.5t goods vehicles which include flat-bed, transit and luton tail lifts.
What We're Looking For:
- A valid UK/EU manual driving license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
- No more than 5 penalty points on your license in the past 3 years, and you must have not been disqualified from driving in the last 5 years.
- Previous driving or delivery experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with varying start times.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Due to working hours, having your own transport is desirable.
- Due to the nature of the job, candidates must be physically fit as some lifting and manual handling may be required.
