We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operation of our busy mobile pizza trailer. The successful candidate will lead by example, ensuring excellent customer service, high food quality standards, and smooth team performance at events, markets, and private functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure pizzas are prepared and served to a consistently high standard.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Manage stock levels, food preparation, and trailer cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.
- Assist with setting up, operating, and packing down the mobile pizza trailer.
- Coordinate team duties and maintain efficient service during busy periods.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, food service, or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to support all aspects of the operation.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.
- A full UK driving licence is needed
