Job Summary
SlideModel Presentation & Business Design Ltd is seeking a Presentation Design Manager to lead the creation of high-quality business presentations, pitch decks, reports, and visual communication materials. You will manage design projects, guide presentation designers, and ensure every deliverable communicates complex information clearly and professionally.
What You'll Do
- Lead presentation-design projects from briefing through final delivery.
- Manage and support a team of presentation and graphic designers.
- Create executive presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and business reports.
- Translate complex information into clear visual stories.
- Establish presentation templates, brand standards, and design guidelines.
- Review layouts, typography, charts, graphics, and overall design quality.
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives.
- Manage project schedules, priorities, feedback, and design revisions.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, consulting, and leadership teams.
- Improve design workflows, quality-control processes, and reusable assets.
- Present design concepts and explain creative decisions to stakeholders.
- Monitor design trends and introduce relevant tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Experience in presentation design, visual communication, graphic design, or creative project management.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation-design principles.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and data visualisation.
- Experience leading designers or managing multiple creative projects.
- Ability to simplify complex business information through visual storytelling.
- Strong client-management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools is advantageous.
- A portfolio demonstrating professional presentation and business-design work is required.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.

Pay: £3,800.00-£5,300.00 per month
