We are looking for a Customer Technical Support Trainee to join our growing team in Cookstown.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Enjoys helping people
Has an interest in electronics or technology
Wants to build a long-term career
Is eager to learn in a supportive environment
No previous technical experience is required — full training will be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our technical support team, you will:
Answer customer queries about our products via phone, email and live chat
Learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose product issues
Support customers in finding solutions with guidance from senior team members
Assist with product testing and fault finding
Work closely with other departments such as production and sales
Help update simple guides and training documents as your knowledge grows
You will not be expected to know everything straight away. We will support you every step of the way as you build your confidence and technical knowledge.

You should have:
Good communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone

An interest in technology, electronics or problem-solving
A willingness to learn and take feedback

Experience That Would Be Helpful (But Not Required)
Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centre, etc.)
Working in a manufacturing or technical environment

Probation Period:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
8:00am / 8:30am start
After Probation:
Alternating 4-day weeks (40 hours per week)
Week 1: Monday–Thursday
Week 2: Tuesday–Friday
7:00am / 7:30am start
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
