We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dust and debris.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests or concerns from staff or guests promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations across the facility.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the needs of the facility.
- Basic cooking skills would be advantageous for assisting in kitchen areas when necessary.
