Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and baristas, fostering teamwork and high standards of service
- Oversee guest interactions to ensure a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment at all times
- Coordinate food and beverage service, including food preparation oversight and ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Maintain food safety standards by monitoring food production processes and ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Lead by example in serving guests, managing reservations, and handling customer inquiries or complaints effectively
- Assist in training new team members on service protocols, food safety practices, and hospitality standards
- Support kitchen staff with food preparation when necessary to ensure seamless restaurant operations
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with culinary processes, including food production and kitchen operations
- Experience working in hotel or barista environments is a plus, demonstrating versatility across hospitality roles
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams and maintaining high service standards
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and hospitality best practices
- Previous experience in serving guests in fast-paced settings ensures readiness to handle diverse customer needs confidently
Pay: £12.71-£16.02 per hour
