As a Care Assistant, you will provide tailored support based on individual needs, including:
Companionship and emotional support
Assistance with outings such as appointments, day centres, and social activities
Meal preparation and nutritional support
Medication assistance
Dementia care
Personal care and continence support
Light domestic tasks
End of life care
Essential Requirements - To be considered for this role, applicants must have a valid right to work in the UK with no sp0ns0rship or transfer requirements.
