Role: Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer
Salary: Upto £19.10 PH – £28.65 PH DOE ( OT at x 1.5 )
Hours: Monday to Thursday – Day Shift ( 37 hours a week )
Location: Coventry
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our client’s busy paint department at their production facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer with strong long-term career prospects. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-quality preparation and spraying of commercial vehicles within a production-line environment, working to strict quality and safety standards.

Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer Responsibilities
- Prepare commercial vehicles for painting, including masking and surface preparation
- Carry out paint spraying to a high-quality finish in line with company standards
- Work to production line takt times within a manufacturing environment
- Maintain excellent housekeeping within the paint shop and work areas
- Follow all health & safety procedures, particularly when working with solvents
- Inspect own work to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved
- Support team members and assist with other paint shop duties when required
- Move between production units at the Warwick site as required
Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer, Vehicle Paint Sprayer, or Paint Prepper/Sprayer
- Experience working in an automotive, commercial vehicle, or industrial paint environment
- Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures when working with solvent-based paints
- Ability to work in awkward or confined positions, including climbing on and inside vehicle bodies
- Physically fit with ability to carry out occasional heavy lifting
- Good attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to move between multiple production units on site
