Duties
- Travel to clients’ homes or designated locations to deliver professional massage therapy sessions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions and discuss their wellness goals before each session.
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or relaxation massages, customized to client needs.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including portable equipment and linens, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend follow-up treatments or wellness routines as appropriate.
- Keep detailed records of each session, including client preferences, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort and satisfaction throughout each appointment.
Qualifications
- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and various massage techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within designated service areas.
- Prior experience in mobile or on-site massage therapy is a plus but not mandatory.
