Job Introduction
Warehouse Backshift Operative
Location: Boston | Hours of work: 40 hours per week
£14.35 per hour + Overtime rate of £15.88
Days of work: Any 5 days from a possible 6 Monday to Saturday, between the hours 14:00 and 22:30.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking additional members to join the thriving Warehouse team.
As a Warehouse Backshift Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe clean working environment, picking customer orders in all areas of the warehouse, ensuring goods in are unloaded in a timely and safe manner, products are scanned in and checked against delivery notes accurately showing good attention to detail.
Replenishing and put away of stock in all chambers, whilst following the instructions of the WHM voice system, ensuring to date rotate and count each time where needed, pre weigh and quality check fresh veg, manage any customer returns from vehicles, Allocate empty cages to each area of the pick prior to pick start time ensuring all cages are decanted into the relevant recycle bin.

The successful candidate will have:
