Head Waiter & Waitress- Stunning Peterborough Pan- Asian Restaurant and Cocktail Bar
The Company:
Katana Peterborough is a fantastic restaurant with a live teppanyaki cooking table for our customers. The new restaurant is stylish, stunning, high-end, high-volume restaurant in the Peterborough.
This is the part time role to work during the weekends and potentially more hours will be available during thw week days
The ideal Head Waiter:
- Team player
- Previous waiter experience in a high end restaurant & bar
- Good spirit knowledge
- A passion for beverage and service
- An understanding of exceptional guest service and exceeding expectation
- Excellent knowledge about beverages - wines, spirits and cocktails
- A hard-working attitude
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- High attention to detail with customers in focus and creating memories and wow factor in the service
- Know how to deliver exceptional guest service and how never to say “No”.
