Job title: Falconry Assistant
Hours: Zero hours – expectation of 3 x 3 hours per week and alternate weekends (9-15 hours per week total)

We are looking for a calm, confident person to assist our Head Falconer with the husbandry and training of our working birds of prey. This role would suit someone looking for an interesting opportunity with flexible hours, although alternate weekend availability is essential. Full training will be provided.
Duties:
- Cleaning aviaries
- Preparing feeds
- Assisting Head Falconer with training/flying birds
Personal Specification:
- Happy to work outside in all weather conditions
- Calm and confident around animals
- Able to complete repetitive tasks to a high standard
- Reliable
- Happy to handle animal by-products
Skills/Experience
- Experience of animal husbandry desirable
- An interest in working with birds of prey
Own transport is essential due to location (if not resident in Banham)
Pay: £12.71 per hour
