The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join our flagship Bromley branch. Training will be provided, but the right candidate will have the drive to succeed and the ability to hit targets in a fast‑paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong self‑motivation and ability to thrive working under pressure
- Experience in a customer‑facing role
- Full, clean driving licence and access to own car
Desirable:
- Knowledge of local property market in Bromley / nearby areas
- Ability to use Alto CRM system
- Previous track record in hitting targets or sales KPIs
