Fox Group (Moving & Storage) Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Taunton branch following the departure of our previous Sales Representative.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in the removals industry who is looking for a varied role with genuine responsibility and the opportunity to develop within an established, award-winning company.
The Role
We are looking for an all-rounder who is confident working across all aspects of the business, including:
- Carrying out domestic and commercial removal surveys.
- Preparing accurate quotations and following up sales opportunities.
- Assisting with the day-to-day planning of operations and logistics.
- Supporting the management and coordination of removal crews.
- Assisting with warehouse operations and management where required.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer's journey.
- Working closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the smooth running of the depot.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience within the removals and storage industry.
- Be confident conducting customer surveys and preparing quotations.
- Have a good understanding of removals operations and logistics.
- Be organised, proactive and able to prioritise a varied workload.
- Be flexible, hands-on and willing to support different areas of the business when required.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Hold a full UK driving licence (essential).
- Hold a Forklift Truck (FLT) licence (preferred but not essential).
