We are looking for a butcher to join our team, working approx 25 - 30 hours per week and be willing to cover holidays or sickness for our full time butchers. The job will include helping run our farm shop and deliveries when needed. Must have a least five years of good butchery skills, cutting down whole carcases as we are dealing with beef from our own farm, which we are dry ageing on the bone. Sausage making ability a bonus.
