About the role: This is a Full-Time role based at our Milton Keynes depot. As part of our Operations Team, you will work with our Operations Manager to safely deliver road markings across a number of our local authority and National Highways contracts to meet our customers’ expectations of a high-quality service.
Due to the requirements of our customers, and to meet their expectations, this role will involve a variety of shift patterns. We would work with you to understand which shift patterns suit you and can offer flexibility to suit both you and the company. Due to this you are offered competitive:

About you: You are an experienced Road marking Operative who takes pride in their work, you are approachable and personable, you take pride in your work, and can communicate well at all levels with our teams, managers, customers and the general public. You work well in a team and remain alert and conscious of your surroundings at all times, which is critical to ensure the safety of you and those around you.
Skills and Qualifications:
· NVQ Level 2 in Road marking application
· Proven experience in working in highway and off highway works.
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Excellent time management skills
· Have the ability to work in a fast moving and challenging environment
· Ability to self-motivate and work alone, or collaboratively as part of a team.
· Have the ability to travel and hold a current UK driving licence*
· * If you are successful with your application a driving licence check will be carried out pre-employment.
