FULL-TIME BODYSHOP MANAGER REQUIRED
We are a busy insurance-approved accident repair centre based in London and are looking for an experienced and motivated Bodyshop Manager to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bodyshop, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operation of the bodyshop
- Supervising workshop, paint, and office staff
- Monitoring repair progress and workshop productivity
- Liaising with insurance companies, engineers, and customers
- Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and insurance standards
- Managing parts ordering and stock control
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Maintaining health and safety compliance
- Achieving departmental targets and KPIs
- Supporting staff development and performance management
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a bodyshop or accident repair centre
- Strong knowledge of insurance repair processes
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Computer literate with experience using bodyshop management systems
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Salary:
Competitive salary, dependent on experience, plus performance-related bonus.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- One-hour lunch break
- No weekend work (unless required by business needs)
