Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of our baby room, where no two days are the same:
- Providing responsive, nurturing care for babies aged 6–24 months
- Creating calm, engaging, sensory-rich experiences
- Building strong bonds with children and trusted relationships with parents
- Supporting early development through play, routines and meaningful interactions
- Ensuring excellent safeguarding and wellbeing standards
- Working as part of a supportive, collaborative team
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience with babies or under 2s (essential)
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS
- A calm, patient and nurturing approach
- A genuine passion for supporting babies’ early development
