SEND Teaching Assistant – Chesterfield

A specialist school in the Chesterfield area is looking for a caring, resilient and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team.
You’ll support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, develop confidence and build positive relationships. The role would suit someone who is patient, adaptable and passionate about making a difference.

- A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND
- Patience, resilience and a calm approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- A willingness to support pupils with a range of needs
- Previous experience in education or SEND is desirable but not essential
