We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven and personable Sales Negotiator to join our team.
Previous estate agency or property experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We are equally interested in people with a strong background in sales, customer service or another target-driven environment who have the right attitude and want to build a successful career in property.

What you’ll be doing
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play an important role in helping our clients through one of the biggest decisions they will make – buying or selling their home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
- Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Following up enquiries and identifying potential opportunities
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Progressing agreed sales and keeping clients updated
- Matching buyers with suitable properties
- Arranging and assisting with property valuations
- Promoting new properties to prospective buyers
- Keeping up to date with the local property market
- Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
- Completing the administration associated with property sales
What we’re looking for

- Organised and able to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Comfortable negotiating and handling objections
- Proactive and willing to pick up the phone
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Keen to learn, develop and build a career in property
Previous estate agency experience is preferred but not required.
A full UK driving licence is required.
Full training provided
We don't expect you to know everything on day one.
Successful candidates will complete a structured 28-day training programme covering the key areas of the business and developing the knowledge and sales skills needed to succeed in the role.
The programme is delivered with direct involvement from one of our company directors, giving you the opportunity to learn from people with extensive experience in the property industry.
