Key Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum, with an achievable OTE of up to £36,200 including performance bonuses
- Working hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Rotating Saturday shifts on a 1 in 3 basis, 8:00am to 1:00pm, inclusive of salary
- 22 days holiday per year plus birthday entitlement

Duties:
- Provide expert advice and exceptional customer service to both trade and retail clients
- Accurately identify parts and recommend suitable solutions tailored to customer needs
- Handle inbound calls and customer queries effectively while maintaining KPIs
- Process and record orders accurately, ensuring excellent administrative standards
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to promote repeat business
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and optimise stock management
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and new parts information
- Support the team with stock control, administrative duties, and service excellence
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, Bodyshop Parts Advisor, or Parts Administrator within a motor trade environment
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and work effectively as part of a team
- Well-organised with high attention to detail and accuracy
- IT literate, with experience using dealership management systems and MS Office
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and a desire for career progression
- Eligibility to work in the UK without Sponsorship
