Requirements:
- Willing to work towards care certificate or NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & social care
- Aged 18+
- Caring and dedicated nature
- Ability to adapt and work alone as well as a team
- Flexibility to work rota basis
- Willing to undergo training both face to face and on-line
- Provide exceptional care with a friendly, professional attitude.
Overview of position:
- Assisting vulnerable adults with day to day living (Personal care needs, washing, dressing, toileting, nutrition, hydration, activities)
- Completing tasks and care allocated by senior staff in a timely fashion
- To provide each resident with high-quality care, that is respectful, dignified and encourages independence whilst adhering to the care plan.
- Document and report all relevant resident care information and report to the managers any changes.

Due to continued company growth, Imperial Health Care is looking for a Care Assistant to join our friendly and valued team. Imperial Health Care provides residential care for elderly residents with dementia and similar conditions. With locations in Bexhill-On-Sea town center, Cooden & Eastbourne. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our well established team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To document and report all relevant resident information
- Administering, ordering of medications
- To support a residents through temporary and terminal illness, including (End of life care, Hospital appointments, Personal care in bed.
- Report necessary information to senior staff members
- Ensuring all day to day tasks are completed to the highest standard
- Take part in staff supervisions and meetings
- To read and write reports;
- To attend appraisal and development meetings;
- To communicate in various formats.
- To comply with the homes guidelines and policies at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: To be discussed during interview depending on experience and qualifications.

- 08.00-14.00
- 14.00-20.00
- 08.00-20.00
- 20.00-08.00
