About the Service
Our service currently supports two individuals with learning disabilities and epilepsy, with capacity to support an additional person in the future.
This is a rewarding role where you'll help people live fulfilling, independent lives by encouraging them to develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy a variety of activities in their local community.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for motivating people to try new experiences and achieve their personal goals.
About the Role
You'll provide person-centred support, helping individuals with daily living tasks while encouraging independence and promoting an active lifestyle.
Flexibility is essential, as you'll work a variety of shifts across a 7-day rota, including weekends and sleep-ins.
Typical Shift Patterns
24 Hours per week.
10:00am 11:00pm, followed by a sleep-in, then 7:00am 10:00am the following morning.
Short shifts: 10:00am 2:00pm (primarily to provide 1:1 support at weekends).
Sleep-ins are a regular part of the role, with between one and three sleep-ins per week, depending on the needs of the service.
Weekend working is shared across the team, with the number of weekends worked determined by the service rota and operational needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, is motivated to make a positive difference, and is committed to helping people live active, fulfilling lives.
