Personal Injury Solicitor – Leeds
A leading UK legal services provider is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Personal Injury File Handler to join its specialist team managing a caseload of pain-related injury claims. This is an excellent opportunity for a claimant personal injury professional looking to work on a technically interesting caseload involving MOJ and Intermediate Track motor claims, while benefiting from the support and resources of an established national organisation.
You will be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Personal Injury File Handler with a proven background managing your own claimant personal injury caseload. You will have experience handling OIC or MOJ motor claims, a strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and the Intermediate Track Fixed Fee regime.
