About Sinc Kitchens
Sinc Kitchens is one of the UK's and Ireland's leading complete kitchen manufacturers and distributors. Based in Magherafelt, we employ almost 40 people and supply independent kitchen retailers throughout the UK and Ireland.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Marketing & Brand Executive to help strengthen how we communicate with our customers and continue developing the Sinc Kitchens brand.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work closely with our Head of Sales & Marketing to take ownership of much of our day-to-day marketing activity.
From social media and email campaigns to brochures, website updates and new product launches, you'll help ensure our customers stay informed while presenting the Sinc Kitchens brand consistently and professionally across every customer touchpoint.
You'll have the opportunity to bring new ideas to the table, take ownership of projects and play an important role in how our business communicates with both existing and prospective customers.
Duties Include
- Managing and developing our social media platforms.
- Creating engaging content across digital and printed media.
- Planning and delivering email marketing campaigns.
- Designing brochures, flyers, product literature and other marketing materials.
- Updating and maintaining the company website.
- Supporting the launch of new kitchen ranges and product developments.
- Assisting with photography, video content and promotional materials.
- Supporting exhibitions, trade shows and customer events when required.
- Working closely with our sales team on marketing initiatives.
- Helping ensure all customer-facing material reflects the Sinc Kitchens brand.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys producing work they're proud of.
You'll be creative, organised and have a keen eye for detail. You'll naturally notice the small things, take pride in presenting work to a high standard and always look for ways to improve.
You'll also be comfortable managing your own workload, bringing new ideas to the table and working closely with colleagues across the business.
Ideally, you'll have:
- A degree in Marketing or a related discipline (preferred).
- A minimum of two years' marketing experience.
- Experience managing social media for a business.
- Experience creating email campaigns and marketing literature.
- Good graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar.
- Experience updating website content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience within manufacturing, interiors or the kitchen industry would be an advantage, but not essential.

- Part-time position (2 days per week).
- Working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm.
