Order Processing Executive
12 month FTC | Reading | Hybrid Working

We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys delivering an excellent customer experience from order through to fulfilment.
What You’ll Do
- Process and validate customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Update CRM and internal systems with vehicle and order information
- Liaise with Sales, Administration, and Finance teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Request and manage finance agreements and supporting documentation
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant before progressing orders
- Support a smooth and positive customer journey throughout the order process
- Maintain accurate records and ensure company and FCA compliance standards are met
- Identify process improvements and escalate any concerns where necessary
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Support ongoing operational efficiency within the Sales Operations team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administration or order processing role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
- Positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach
- Strong team player with a professional attitude
