About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring within the energy sector. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes while partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across a range of roles while delivering a high-quality recruitment experience. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders and contribute to building strong talent pipelines within a growing and dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer management.
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
Proactively source and engage candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct candidate screening and interviews, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or Recruitment Consultant.
Previous experience recruiting within the energy sector is strongly preferred.
Background in RPO, agency recruitment, or a fast-paced in-house recruitment environment.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and organization.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic recruitment environment.
