Duties
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates across various departments.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding using platforms like Workday and Salesforce.
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve engaging training programs utilizing tools such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Lead mentoring initiatives to support employee growth, retention, and leadership development.
- Work with our systems to maintain accurate records of training activities, employee progress, and recruitment metrics.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams
- Monitor industry trends in human resources and training to incorporate best practices that elevate organizational performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on recruitment, training, or talent development.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and motivate teams effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing engaging video training content
- Excellent mentoring skills with a passion for developing others’ potential.
- Work closely with other managers to keep the right staffing numbers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
