About Us
We are an established maintenance contractor delivering works across council contracts throughout London, primarily in North West and West London. Our workload includes:
- Void property refurbishments
- Minor and Major building works, including bathroom and kitchen replacements
- External works, including fencing, concrete works and rendering
- General property maintenance
We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals with a strong background in maintenance and refurbishment who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Supervisor Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing operatives across multiple sites
- Planning and coordinating daily works to meet programme deadlines
- Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
- Liaising with the office team to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Ensuring all works comply with health and safety requirements
- Managing materials, resolving site issues and supporting the operational team
- Driving productivity while maintaining quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Must have own vehicle
- Holds an SMSTS and Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
